With the sporty and spectacular razor edge design, this car belonged to the muscle car scene, as a high end luxury version. In reality this car has almost nothing to do with rest of the 67 Cadillac models.
The idea was, to sell this car to the young 40 years old successful Americans, without family and kids. Nevertheless, it was then mostly ordered for here wifes or the man itself, being single again. A Corvette was too sporty, so it was designed as a 2+2 Coupe, with a spacious trunk and an excellent production quality.
The car is shorter as a classic full size 4 -door car, but does have the longest engine hood of all the 67 Cadillac models. Due to the front wheel drive concept, the car corners excellent, has very good handling, without the touch of a hard suspension. The wonderful color combination, with the specially ordered vinyl roof in Marine Blue (24) and a silky blue tissue interior, gives it a very special appearance. It is newly serviced and does have now the Swiss Veteran car status.
This Eldorado always was a Collector item, is today still in showroom condition, as a demonstrator car had to be in 1967. Now newly serviced, together with the Swiss Veteran car status, it is a truly a very rare car, with only 19’000 miles on the counter!
